Mullan Road Conference – Postponed to 2021

Welcome Mullanites!

Due to uncertainty associated with the COVID 19 outbreak, we’ve decided to postpone the Mullan Road Conference to 2021. Check back for updated information.

The Mullan Road Conference returns “home” to its birthplace where the St. Regis John Mullan statue was rededicated in 1989. From Friday May 29th through Sunday May 31, 2020, plans are underway to host next year’s conference. Note that this is not Memorial Day weekend, which is one week earlier. Put us on your calendar.

The theme of the conference is “A Long Winter at Cantonment Jordan”. We will have a meet & greet Friday evening, and the Saturday speakers will be at the St. Regis Community Center, including keynote speaker Keith Petersen from Boise, who wrote the book “John Mullan”. On Sunday there will be a bus tour spanning the 76 miles of the Mullan Road within our County. Mineral County is the midpoint for the 624 mile long Mullan Road, so we hope to draw a crowd from both east and west.
